2024 Spring Flag Football

FZN Jr Panthers 2024 Spring Flag Football participates in the Jr GAC Football League. The league is 7 on 7 competitive style game. Flag registration is for students in grades K-7 that live in the Fort Zumwalt North area.

Games:

Flag games are played on Sundays at area high schools. The season begins in March and runs for 6-9 weeks (6 games plus playoffs and a Championships).

Practices:

Typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays at various locations in O'Fallon. Practice days and times are determined by the team coach and vary among teams.

Registration:

Please register for your child's current grade. (2023-2024 school year). The registration fee is $150. Registration closes on January 15.

Equipment:

Registration includes team shirt/jersey. Players must have non-metal cleats or athletic shoes, and a mouth guard.
